Project “Criminal” Couture (PCC) is a collaboration between a small group incarcerated and non-incarcerated artists/activists, and performers. We bring the voices of the imprisoned to the public while critiquing the prison industrial complex. We seek to combat oppressive systems through performance art, while adorned in visually stunning garments.
